Thank you so much for considering my work! Before commissioning me, please read the following carefully. By commissioning me, you agree to all of these terms. Any violation to my terms of service will result in your commission being cancelled and CAN result in blacklisting.
I reserve the right to not work with someone for whatever reason.
My terms of service and prices are subject to change at any time. If you've made a payment before I change my TOS, then the new TOS will not apply to you. If you recieved a refund BEFORE I change my TOS, and you commission me again, the new TOS will apply.
You must be 18 or older, regardless of the nature of your commission, as Paypal requires you to be 18+ to use their service.
All of my work is digital unless otherwise stated. If you'd like a physical commission, there will be an upcharge to cover shipping, packaging, and the use of the supplies used. Please specify what you would like to determine the price of your commission.
You must provide some sort of a visual reference. I will not work from description alone. A moodboard, picture inspirations, character references, all of these work!
All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you'd like something for commercial use, it will cost extra, and you MUST specify this before I accept payment.
Unless you are paying for commercial use, I reserve the right to the artwork that I have created. This means I can display it on my portfolio, post it on my social medias, etc., as I am still the copyright holder. For personal use commissions, you are merely paying for the CREATION of the piece, not the right to the art itself.
If you repost your commission, you MUST credit me in some way or form.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE MY WORK FOR ANYTHING INVOLVING CRYPTOCURRENCIES, NFTS, OR AI ART GENERATORS.
Paypal or Ko-fi are my only accepted form of payments at this time.

I am still figuring out what works for me. If you are interested in an NSFW piece, message me with details, and I will tell you if I'm comfortable with it.

I will add more to this list once I figure out my limits. Because I'm still figuring it out, I will once again reiterate that I have the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable.
Once you have read to and agreed to my terms of service, you will place an order through Ko-fi, where you're payments will be processed. Please pay attention to the add-ons avaliable and include them by clicking on the boxes if your idea calls for it (For example, if you are requesting an NSFW full body, be sure to check the box next to the NSFW option to include that in your final payment). Be sure to attach your visual references and include any details that are important for your commission.
I will then confirm that your payment has gone through via DM and update Trello accordingly.
I will first send you an initial sketch (and design ideas if you commissioned a custom character). After your OK, I will begin the rest of the commission and continue to update Trello so that you know where I am in the process. I will not send WIPs past the initial and revised sketch unless requested.
I will not accept major revisions (such as facial expressions, pose changes, etc) past the revised sketch phase.
Once I have finished your commission, I will send you the completed image via email or Google Drive link.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: I have a day job without a set schedule that requires me to wake up early in the morning most days. In addition, I am mentally disabled. While it usually takes me a week to finish a commission depending on the complexity, please understand there may be days where I need to prioritize my mental health. If you have any questions regarding your commission status, do not hesitate to reach out to me.
